As an Assistant Pantry Cook, you’re not just assisting with the preparation of great tasting food items – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years pantry/prep cook experience within a high volume - full operation restaurant setting and quality knife skills.

5 shifts a week (including weekends and holidays) required. Hours will vary and is based on operational needs: 6:00am - 11:00pm

Previous hotel or resort experience is a plus!

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Assemble appealing dishes: Assist with arranging and plating dishes according to quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Keep designated food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
