Requirements

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: Have a minimum of 6 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered) Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered) Availability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Experience preparing and presenting breakfast items, including eggs, hot buffet dishes, pastries, and continental breakfast offerings. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or Trainee in a high-standard hotel or restaurant. Ability to remain calm, flexible, reliable and works well under-pressure. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences during the most important meal of the day.
