The Role Seeking experienced Sushi chefs for Nobu & Epicurean restaurants

Crown Sydney is looking for talented full-time Sushi Chef de Parties to join our world-class culinary team. If you're passionate about Japanese cuisine, take pride in exceptional craftsmanship, and thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you. Working with premium ingredients, you'll help create memorable dining experiences that reflect Crown's commitment to excellence.

• Lead by example and inspire a collaborative, respectful kitchen culture.
• Support Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and service, maintaining consistently high standards.
• Contribute to achieving daily financial targets through efficient and mindful operations.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and inclusive workplace.

About You

• Experience as a Sushi Chef de Partie or equivalent role within a professional kitchen
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about hospitality.
• Previous experience in upscale dining or premium hospitality settings is highly regarded. ​
