Fulltime Chef

Balgowlah RSL has a bistro, pizza and fine dining kitchens. You could be working in any one of the kitchens.

We are looking for someone who has proven experience, has strong communications skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include the following:-

Renumeration based on experience

Hospitality qualification required

• Assisting with the operation of the kitchen
• Make fresh prep ingredients daily.
• Maintain clenliness and food safety standards in all work areas and equipment.
• Maintaining stock at correct levels
• Minimising wastage at both preparation and service stages
• Liaising with Executive Chef/Sous Chef and other staff ie; kitchen-hands, waiting staff
• Any other duties as directed by the Management
• Adherence to the Club’s Work, Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Keep uniforms clean and tidy, ensuring that a clean uniform is worn on each shift
