As an Executive Chef, and success of all hotel culinary operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Grand Wailea is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to help shape the culinary experience at one of Hawai‘i’s most iconic luxury resorts. Set on 40 oceanfront acres on Maui’s renowned Wailea coast, this role offers the opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio of restaurants, bars, and banquet operations that serve guests from around the world. You will bring creativity, discipline, and a passion for excellence to every aspect of the operation - elevating menus, developing top culinary talent, and ensuring each dining experience reflects the spirit and sophistication of the resort. As an Executive Chef, you’re not just responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and success of all hotel culinary operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
