Are you a creative and experienced Chef looking for a dynamic role in a unique hospitality setting? We are seeking a talented individual to lead our culinary operations. This role requires a strong culinary background with a minimum of three years of experience as a Chef, ideally within a multi-outlet Hotel setting. If you possess the following, this may be the opportunity for you: proven leadership and team management, strong understanding of diverse cuisines, with a focus on local Hawaiian ingredients and techniques, proficiency in inventory management and food cost control, cross-departmental collaboration, and a commitment to food safety and operational efficiency.
