As a Sous Chef - Pastry , you’re not just leading daily kitchen operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. As a Sous Chef - Pastry, is responsible for contributing to menu creation and managing and training the Pastry/ Bakery brigade to deliver an excellent guest and member experience while managing food cost controls. You’re not just leading daily kitchen operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: High school diploma; culinary/hospitality education preferred Strong Jr Sous Chef Pastry or previous Sous Chef experience in an international brand Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills under pressure Familiar with HACCP standards Approaches food in a creative way Strong supervisory skills Positive attitude Good communication skills Committed to delivering a high level of customer service Positive attitude Good communication skills Committed to delivering a high level of customer service Excellent grooming standards Excellent planning and organizing skills Willingness to learn and teach. Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings.
