Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You As an Executive Chef, you will oversee the culinary direction and strategic leadership of 9 distinctive award winning dining restaurants, including signature restaurants, specialty venues, lobby, banqueting, in-room dining and bespoke guest experiences. You will be the driving force behind every plate served, every menu created and every experience delivered, ensuring that our culinary offerings continue to exceed the expectations of an international luxury clientele. This role requires an exceptional balance of creativity, operational excellence and commercial acumen. You will lead a diverse culinary brigade, inspire innovation, champion world-class standards and collaborate closely with hotel leadership to elevate our award winning food and beverage program to even greater heights .
