As a Utility Steward , you’re not just keeping our kitchen and dining areas sparkling clean – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. The Team at the Hilton Irvine Orange County Airport is currently seeking their next Utility Steward/Dishwasher to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, and moving heavy kitchen equipment and supplies. Dependable team player who works effectively with kitchen staff to support smooth food service operations. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, and moving heavy kitchen equipment and supplies. Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures, food safety standards, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
