About the Role: As a Commis Chef at Atria, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences, supporting your team to execute service at the highest standard. Prepare and present dishes with consistency, attention to detail, and pride in your craft Organise and maintain your designated kitchen section to ensure smooth and efficient service Follow recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards Uphold food safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times Support the wider kitchen brigade during busy service periods Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment Assist in delivering dining experiences that exceed guest expectations About You: You are passionate about food, eager to develop your skills, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. To be successful in this role, you will have: Trade Industry or Commercial Cookery Qualification (or currently completing) Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment A genuine passion for hospitality and modern dining Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced chefs The ability to work efficiently under pressure Full Australian working rights Why Join Atria?
