RWFSL - Demi Chef de Partie

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be for supporting the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of a designated kitchen section, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. Key expectations: * Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in the assigned section * Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes, portioning, cooking, and presentation standards * Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in accordance with HACCP and hotel policies * Support mise en place for service and ensure readiness of the section at all times * Ensure excellent cooperation and communication with colleagues across sections * Train and support Commis Chefs and apprentices within the team Profile: * Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment * Formal culinary training or recognized culinary qualification preferred * Passion for food, creativity, and continuous learning * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude Benefits: * 25 days of paid annual leave, plus paid public holidays * An extra day off to celebrate your birthday * Comfortable Associate Accommodation * Complimentary meals in our associate dining restaurant * Public transportation ticket provided * Exciting career development and growth opportunities * Special Friends & Family rates at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts globally
