We are seeking a passionate and motivated Part Time   Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented culinary professional ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, high-quality environment. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in line with hotel standards. Work across various sections of the kitchen as required. Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety standards at all times. Support senior chefs in daily operations, including inventory and stock rotation. Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served. Contribute to a positive kitchen environment and help train junior staff where needed.   To be successful in this role you should demonstrate: Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or high-volume kitchen. Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles. Formal culinary training or relevant qualifications preferred. Ability to work a variety of shifts across a 7 day rotating roster including mornings, evenings and weekends  Strong communication and organisational skills and a team-oriented attitude. Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow.
