About the role

As a Sushi Cook 1 – Raw Bar, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi and raw bar offerings while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Working closely with the culinary team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences by showcasing precision, creativity, and a strong understanding of sushi preparation techniques.
