This is a unique opportunity to work under the leadership of  Executive Chef Sylva Senat , a  James Beard Award nominee  and  Top Chef finalist , helping deliver elevated French-inspired cuisine in a luxury hotel setting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items according to recipe and presentation standards. Maintain quality, consistency, and proper portion control during service. Follow food safety, sanitation Assist with daily prep, station setup, inventory, and kitchen organization. Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.   Qualifications Previous line cook experience in a restaurant or hotel preferred. Strong cooking fundamentals, knife skills, and attention to detail. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive, can-do attitude and an ability to multi-task in a fast paced, exciting environment while working alongside a diverse group of colleagues.
