Chef De Partie Ready for a sizzling career move? You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare, cook and serve makes our guests smile and wanting more. What is in it for you: A Discount Card to be used in Accor Hotels Worldwide for hotel stays and food & beverage discounts Complimentary stays in UK hotel (Bonus Breaks Vouchers - subject to availability and T&C A competitive salary Free meals on duty Discounted accommodation rates with Accor Hotels globally Regular performance reviews to ensure you receive on-going feedback to help you grow and develop in your role What you will be doing: - Participate into the leading, training and coaching of your colleagues. - Work in collaboration with the team and Head Chef. - Work autonomously on your own section and during low activity levels run the kitchen operations for service. - Ensure that the quality of the food produced meets the highest quality. - Be responsible for receiving deliveries and assisting the Head Chef in stock management including food orders. - Work collaboratively with the head chef to reduce food wastage and find creative ways to give a second life to ingredients. - Ensure that the cleanliness of the kitchen and kitchen procedures meet the hotel's food policy and HACCP plan.
