With 383 guest rooms, 13 conference and event venues, and two on-site dining outlets, our property caters to both corporate and leisure clients. Easily accessible via the 86 tram and Mernda train line—both within walking distance—and with over 400 on-site parking spaces, our property is ideally positioned. We pride ourselves on delivering professional service, memorable experiences, and flexible solutions to meet the evolving needs of our diverse clientele.   We are seeking a passionate Demi Chef to join our dynamic and fast-paced Kitchen team.  This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of kitchen operations, contributing to high-quality food offerings while developing your skills in a professional hotel environment. Key Highlights: Prepare food for à la carte dining, in-room service, events, and functions. Lead and train kitchen staff while maintaining high culinary standards. Input on seasonal and special menus. Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.   Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a similar setting. Strong section management and leadership abilities. Passion for innovation and continuous learning. Flexibility, resilience, and professional communication.
