Explore your creative flair on themed nights and events and enjoy consistent work-life balance on a 14:7 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster. Opportunities for fulltime, fulltime roaming, casual and Chef's specialising in Chinese cuisine on offer Work across all sections of our kitchens Responsible for providing the highest level of food service Who are we looking for?   To be successful, you’ll need; Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check Certificate III (minimum requirement) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery Strong Chef experience (minimum 3 years) required FIFO Chef experience highly desirable Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Ability to work well under pressure Working on the mines can be very rewarding but it isn’t for everyone.
