Find out more about us at www.benugo.com We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Ministry of Justice.  We Offer: Rate: £16 per hour on probation Shifts: 5 days Monday to Friday, 6am till 3pm Contract: Full Time/ Permanent About the Chef de Partie role: Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling Creating menus Hot food preparation, breakfast and lunch service Pizza experience  General cleaning duties Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
