With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the One&Only team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. As a Demi Chef de Partie in the Main Kitchen, you will support the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of your assigned section. You will ensure all dishes are prepared according to brand standards, maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation at all times. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the assigned section of the Main Kitchen. Take charge of the section in the absence of the Chef de Partie. Ensure all HACCP and food safety standards are strictly followed. Communicate important information clearly with your direct supervisor. Handle guest requests with care and attention. Maintain high standards of hygiene and grooming at all times. Support in training and guiding junior team members to maintain standards. Follow all company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment or five-star hotel. Attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Good spoken and written English is required and Middle East/GCC experience are an advantage.
