We’re looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to help lead this space—someone who balances technical skill with creativity, and thrives in a kitchen where detail matters. The Role Working closely with the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the pastry kitchen. You’ll guide the team, shape the offering, and ensure every plate that leaves the pass feels considered and complete. What You’ll Do Lead service across all pastry outlets, from breakfast to evening dining Support menu development with a focus on seasonality and local influence Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across every dish Train, mentor, and inspire junior chefs Manage ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation Uphold food safety and hygiene standards with precision !|!!*!
