Hotel West & Main is looking for a talented Line Cook to join the culinary team behind two of Conshohocken's most exciting dining destinations: Hook & Ladder Sky Bar & Kitchen and 1874 Social . What You'll Do As a Line Cook, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by: ✅ Preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards ✅ Ensuring food is cooked and served safely at proper temperatures ✅ Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment ✅ Labeling, dating, and rotating food products according to company standards ✅ Supporting kitchen operations through food preparation, stocking, and equipment maintenance ✅ Working collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences ✅ Maintaining a positive attitude while handling high-volume service periods What We're Looking For ✔ Passion for cooking and hospitality ✔ Strong attention to detail and food quality ✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ✔ Dependable, team-oriented, and reliable ✔ Previous line cook experience preferred, but not required ✔ Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays $100 Monthly SEPTA Stipend for Full-time associates and more.....
