We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Position Overview: Alpine Country Club is seeking dedicated and passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality food and contributing to an exceptional country club dining experience. Our kitchen operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on consistency, creativity, and member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and execute menu items to Alpine Country Club standards Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed Work collaboratively with chefs and team members during service Assist with prep work, cleaning, and organization of the kitchen Maintain a clean and professional work environment at all times Follow recipes, portion controls, and plating standards Qualifications: Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a high-volume environment Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous improvement Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Food safety knowledge (ServSafe certification is a plus) Benefits & Perks: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for full-time employees) Golf privileges and access to one of Utah’s premier private clubs Employee meals provided during shifts Discounts on club merchandise and dining Opportunities for growth and advancement within the club Work in a positive, team-driven environment with a focus on excellence Why Alpine Country Club?
