We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. Responsibilities: Participate in the production and preparation of fresh cakes, pastries, and desserts Responsible for pastry production for the dining room and all other functions in the club as instructed by Pastry Chef Follow pastry-related recipes and ingredient purchase specifications Decorate pastry items for special events such as buffets and receptions Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards Assists in planning, preparing, and/or decorating special pastry items as necessary Assists in the monthly inventory Monitors control to minimize food and supply waste and theft Must comply with all health and safety guidelines Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record Qualifications: Can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you Working knowledge of baking Ability to measure correctly, proper mixing and blending skills are required Ability to work independently as well as within a team Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Have extensive knowledge of cooking temperatures and general food safety regulations Full-time flexible hours are required (days, nights, weekends, holidays) Compensation: $24.00- $28.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) About Troon Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world’s largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
