Springdale Golf Club , located in Princeton, NJ , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Line Cook ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Learn and maintain standards in food production and quality Expedite orders in a timely manner Practice proper sanitation and cleanliness standards Execute scheduled banquet functions Maintain professional relationships with fellow associates Assist in reducing waste and loss Communicate equipment repair needs to the chef Actively participate in training efforts Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Attend staff meetings Check and date all deliveries and report any variances to the chef in charge Verify all coolers are at proper temperatures and cleaned daily Process inventory requisitions and receive supplies as needed Prepare food according to production forecasts and plans Follow established recipes to ensure product consistency Education/Experience: Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts and two years of culinary experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates/Licenses: ServSafe certification preferred.
