Harrison Meadows Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Seasonal part-time Dishwasher/Steward. The Dishwasher / Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen areas, dishwashing stations, equipment, utensils, and storage areas. This position plays a critical role in supporting the culinary and service teams by ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment while following all health and safety standards. Compensation: $19 / hour *Please note this is a seasonal role* Key Responsibilities: Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently. Operate dishwashing machines properly and safely. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen floors, mats, walls, drains, trash areas, and loading docks. Remove trash and recycling regularly and transport to designated disposal areas. Sweep and mop kitchen and storage areas throughout shifts and at closing. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures. Organize and properly store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and prep tasks as assigned. Maintain chemical safety standards and proper handling of cleaning supplies. Ensure all sanitation practices comply with local health department regulations and club standards. Assist with banquet and restaurant breakdowns and post-event cleanup. Notify management of maintenance or equipment issues immediately. Work as part of a team to maintain efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods. Minimum Qualifications: Must have experience working in fast paced restaurant experience. Other Qualifications: Regular and reliable attendance.
