The Club at Crested Butte is currently hiring Seasonal, Part-Time Dishwashers to support the Food & Beverage team during the busy season. This position is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment while contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour BOE General Purpose: The Dishwasher position will embody the Club at Crested Butte’s standards of service and member experience. Essential Duties: Wash and sanitize soiled plates and flatware thoroughly. Ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas as required. Help prepare dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations. Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots and pans, mixers, etc. as needed. Assist in unloading and storing deliveries. Sweep and mop floors, especially if items are broken or spilled. Maintain an organized, safe workstation. Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans. Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed. Report kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures to Executive Chef/manager. Physical Demands: Physical activity may include long periods (6‐8 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and scooping. The employee may be required regularly to reach with arms and hands. The employee may be required to lift 25lbs. to 50 lbs. Noise level can be moderate to loud. Ability to work in humid environment or outdoor weather conditions. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent . Work Requirements: Ability to work extended hours during golf and holiday seasons. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Possesses high ethical standards. Strong communication and time management skills.
