We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Position Summary Executes menu items with precision, consistency, and urgency in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Core Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards. Maintain station cleanliness and organization. Execute tickets accurately and efficiently. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Communicate clearly with kitchen team during service. Standards & Accountability Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service. Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times. Represent Thirteen’s hospitality culture consistently. Qualifications Understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques. Previous Line Cook experience; 1+ years preferred. Ability to work under pressure. Food safety knowledge required. Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
