Running your section with confidence and attention to detail. Supporting the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef during service. Maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards. Helping train and encourage junior team members. Contributing ideas for menus, specials, and continuous improvement. Working collaboratively to deliver memorable dining experiences every day. Qualifications What we're looking for You're someone who: Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or is ready to step into the role. Takes genuine pride in every plate that leaves the pass. Stays calm when service gets busy. Enjoys working in a supportive team environment. Has excellent time management and organisational skills. Understands food safety and kitchen best practices.
