Responsibilities Support the daily food preparation and cooking for private villa operations. Deliver consistently high-quality dishes aligned with Aman culinary standards. Collaborate closely with butler to create seamless, personalized dining experiences. Ensure all food items are prepared, presented and stored in accordance with food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness, organization and readiness of villa kitchen areas. Assist in adapting menus to guest preferences and special dietary requirements. Manage time efficiently to ensure punctual service delivery. Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond with thoughtful solutions. Demonstrate adaptability when handling last-minute requests or changes. Requirements A degree in Culinary. 1 year of experience at the similar position. Fluency in English is essential. Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. A creative, hands-on and detail-oriented mindset aligned with Aman values. Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks effectively. Flexibility to address changing needs and assist with tailored guest requests.
