On the job: - Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas - Responsible for setup, cleanup, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies, products, and equipment - Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff - Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items - Accommodate customer requests promptly - Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations - Know food safety processes and procedures. - Have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. - Have the ability to work on your feet for long periods - Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Bring your own: - Excellent people and communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Willingness to learn and perform - Team Player - 2-3 years of cooking experience required Arcis Team Member Lifestyle Perks!
