The Role

As a Breakfast CDP, you will work collaboratively with our amazing team to create memorable guest experiences through a creative, and sustainability-focused environment. Who doesn't love Breakfast! Full A la Carte menu, seasonally inspired.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with precision, care, and consistency
• Deliver memorable guest experiences through thoughtful and creative execution
• Know the menus inside out, taste, learn, and develop continuously
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen environment
• Assist with menu development and contribute innovative ideas
• Support sustainable kitchen operations, including stock control and waste reduction
• Work a full-time 38 hours per week

About You

• Proven experience in a similar breakfast environment
• Ability to work from 5.30am
• Strong cooking fundamentals and a passion for continuous learning
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine love for hospitality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 7-day operation, including weekends and public holidays
• Aligned with 1 Hotel’s mission to care for people and the planet
• Culinary qualifications essential
