Requirements
- We're looking for someone with:
- Relevant trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef in a hotel, restaurant or catering environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP and kitchen hygiene standards
