Requirements
- Level 2 or 3 Food Safety
- • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a busy kitchen environment, ideally hotel based
- • Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality.
- • Leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide a small kitchen team
