Job description
The Overnight Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food during the overnight shift while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness. The role supports the hotel's culinary operations by ensuring timely food preparation for room service, early breakfast, and other operational requirements.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Previous experience as a Cook or Commis Chef, preferably in a hotel or restaurant. Culinary qualification is an advantage. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts. Good organizational and time management skills. A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering quality food.
