Als unser Demi Chef de Partie (m/w/d) bist du dafür zuständig, mit unseren regionalen Produkten hochwertige Speisen zuzubereiten und anzurichten. Die Einhaltung von Hygienevorschriften ist dir genauso wichtig wie Qualitätsstandards. Ohne Mise en Place kann nicht gekocht werden, aus diesem Grund ist es dir besonders wichtig, gut vorbereitet zu sein, so dass alle Gerichte zeitnah und effizient an die Tische unserer Gäste kommen. Du unterstützt das Team bei der Kontrolle aller Lebensmittel und stellst sicher, dass alle Produkte ordnungsgemäß gelagert sind. Du bringst folgende Zutaten mit: • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Koch/Köchin und Berufserfahrung • Erste Erfahrungen als Führungskraft

Your minimum gross monthly salary (in accordance with the collective agreement for full-time employees in the Austrian hotel and hospitality industry) is €2,600.00. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we guarantee a higher salary above this minimum. Dein monatliches Bruttomindestentgelt (lt. Kollektivvertrag VZ für Arbeiter im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe) beträgt € 2.600,00, wobei wir dir eine Überbezahlung je nach Qualifikation garantieren.
