You will assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs. As a Commis Cook , you’re not just preparing great tasting food items – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. The Cook (Pastry) is responsible on production of dishes in the pastry kitchen and making sure each item meets the high standards set by the Executive Pastry Chef.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to support day-to-day kitchen operations and workplace communication. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices. Basic knowledge of preparing Local, Asian, Western, and international desserts. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
