Job description

Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cook or Commis. Culinary school diploma or professional cooking certification. Experience with mise en place and assisting during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Good understanding of HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, discipline, and willingness to learn. Commitment to minimizing food waste and supporting sustainable kitchen practices.
