Hilton Anaheim is looking for their next Banquet Cook. This is a great opportunity for a culinarian to grow within their hospitality career. The ideal candidate will possess: 2+ years of cooking experience Experience within bulk cooking required (hotel or catering) Knife skills Knowledge of cooking proteins at their appropriate temperatures As a Specialty Cook, you’re not just preparing high-quality within a specific area of expertise – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
