In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: At least 2 years of experience as Demi Chef de Partie or similar position. Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship. Strong English communication skills, verbal, listening and writing. Innovate, pro-active and reliable. Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-cultural environment. Coast awareness. HACCP experience or certified. Basic Food and Hygiene training certification. Problem solving ability. The desire and tenacity to adhere to Hilton procedures. Planning & Time management awareness. Decision making skills. Available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Computer Skills is advantageous
