As a Cook II , you’re not just preparing great tasting food items – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. The Duniway, a Hilton hotel , is looking for a Cook II to join their culinary team! Our boutique hotel is less than a block from entertainment and shopping, including the Portland Art Museum, Tom McCall Waterfront Park, and the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. Ideal candidate will have the following: A minimum of two (2) years' experience as a line cook (preferably in upscale restaurant or hotel setting) Strong organizational skills and adaptability Strong desire to learn and grow within the culinary field The ability to work a varied and flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays Previous hotel and fine dining experience as well as a culinary degree are a plus! Schedule: Varies, can be as early as 5:00am or late as 3:30pm As a Cook II, you’re not just preparing great tasting food items – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
