Job description
Grassy Key Resort Group, LLC (DBA: Grassy Flats Resort & Beach Club) seeks Cooks to prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, portion controls, and resort quality standards. Duties include preparing meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and other menu items; operating standard kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food processors; maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food preparation areas; properly storing and handling food products in compliance with health and safety regulations; assisting with inventory and stock rotation; and working collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service in a fast-paced resort environment.
