Job description

Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Line Cooks will ensure all food items are stored in a suitable container, prepping a la carte menu and buffet items, maintain kitchen work areas are clean and safe, and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor. Must have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm, or 8:00am - 4:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.

Requirements
